In my previous job as an ambulance administrator and health coordinator during the post-Covid-19 pandemic period, we faced issues with time-consuming automation processes for the team. I then analyzed those processes, designed new solutions with planning, problem formulation, hypotheses, and as a result, we successfully automated part of those processes, saving our team about 20% of their time.
